In general we supply you within 2 – 4 working days. Prior to ordering larger quantities please contact us either by phone or by mail as delivery times may vary. Items specially made to order have a delivery time of between 2 – 14 working days.

Methods of payment
The following methods of payment are available:

1. Cash with order:
The due invoice amount by bank transfer to:

 •    Kreissparkasse Heilbronn 
 •    sort code/BIC HEISDE66
 •    account no/IBAN: DE18620500000005781489
Please quote the invoice number in your bank transfer.

2. Cash on delivery in Germany only:
When buying cash on delivery an additional fee of 4,00 Euro has to be paid. The courrier will ask for an extra fee of another 2,00 Euro.

3. PayPal
The due invoice amount has to be tranferred to our paypal account.

In accordance with the regulations of the German Packaging Legislation, we are obliged to accept the return of the packaging used for our products which does not bear a symbol of one of the general disposal systems (such as the 'Green Dot' of the Duales System Deutschland AG or the 'RESY' symbol) and to ensure its reuse or proper disposal.

We will nominate a local collecting point or a disposal company in your area, which accepts the packaging free of charge. If this is not possible,you have the option to return the packaging to us (address see above), We will recycle the packaging or dispose of it according to the German Packaging Legislation.
